The Ericsson R&D Building, home of the Swedish telecommunications giant, is located in the Multimedia Super Corridor, Cyberjaya. This unique building, with a total air-conditioning area of 300,000 sq ft, houses state-of-the-art facilities for R&D inventions. The air-conditioning system utilizes the chilled water from the district cooling (primary circuit) and is circulated into the building (secondary circuit) through heat exchangers. The state-of-the-art air-conditioning system installed in this building incorporates the innovative concept of raised-floor technology and precision air-conditioning system.
HSBC GLOBAL DATA PROCESSING CENTRE, CYBERJAYA

This prominent building in Cyberjaya houses the new 24-hour Data Processing Centre for Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation. With the total office area spanning over 230,000 sq ft, this building also serves as the regional call centre for HSBC. This building has been installed with its own independent centralised chiller plant with 3 units of centrifugal chillers (water-side) and multiple air handling units with Variable Air Volume (VAV) controls.

InventQjaya is a joint venture between the Malaysian Government (Ministry of Finance) and US-based technology incubator Reveo Inc. Located in Cyberjaya, this world-class facility, with laboratories spanning over 250,000 sq ft, initiates technological invention, innovation and discoveries for Malaysia. This building has been installed with its own independent centralised chiller plant with 4 units of centrifugal chillers (water-side) and multiple air handling units with Variable Air Volume (VAV) controls.
BMW HEADQUARTERS, CYBERJAYA

Located within the nation’s first intelligent city, Cyberjaya, is the new Headquarters for BMW Malaysia. Housed within this 170,000 sq ft building is the new office and showroom for BMW Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the Regional Data Centre and a new Training Facility. This building has been installed with its own independent centralised chiller plant with 3 units of centrifugal chillers (water-side) and multiple air handling units with Variable Air Volume (VAV) controls.
PRIMA AVENUE 1 & 2

Prima Avenue Buildings have been purpose-built, to be tenanted to Multi-National Corporations to operate their regional Offices and Data Centres within the MSC zone. The anchor tenants for Prima Avenues 1 and 2 are Motorola and OCBC Bank, respectively. The air-conditioning system installed within these 2 buildings comprises 6 units of air-cooled chillers and multiple units of AHUs and FCUs.
DHL DATA PROCESSING CENTRE – BUILDING EXTENSION, CYBERJAYA

The DHL Global Data Processing Centre – Cyberjaya, was opened in 2002, primarily for the operations of GPS tracking of goods in worldwide transit. Following the tremendous success of the operations of this centre, the capacity of the building was outgrown in no time. Thus, the construction of an adjacent building extension was imminent and by 2005, a new building was designed and constructed. The air-conditioning system utilizes the chilled water from the district cooling (primary circuit) and is circulated into the building (secondary circuit) through heat exchangers. Multiple units of air handling units and fan coil units have been installed for quality air conditioning and distribution.
